Bereavement Support Group

The Bereavement Support group meets every
Thursday from 2:30 to 3:30PM in Conference Room C at Long Beach Medical
Center. The group offers assistance to individuals dealing with the
death of a family member or loved one. All sessions are led by a
mental health professional. For more information, contact The

Diabetes Club
The Diabetes Club meets the third Monday of every
month at 7:30PM in the Goldstein Auditorium at Long Beach Medical Center
to provide support to diabetics. Topics include nutritional
management, medications, eye and foot care, exercise and more. Call

Anxiety and Depression Screening
Long Beach Medical Center offers free, confidential anxiety and depression screenings every Wednesday from 2 pm to 3 pm at The Counseling Center, 455 E. Bay Drive, Long Beach, NY. Screenings are conducted by trained mental health professionals and walk-ins are welcome. For more information call 897-1270.
Gambling Anonymous
Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from a gambling problem. Meetings are held each Monday at 7:30 pm in Conference Room D at Long Beach Medical Center, 455 E. Bay Drive, Long Beach. For more information, call 897-1250. Long Beach Medical Center is a certified provider of gambling addiction treatment services by the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS).
Gam-Anon
